At 16 you’ve not really discovered who you are but fear not as you will soon. Don’t be afraid of 6th Form, Uni, Boys, Sex etc etc – the next few years will be the best. You’ll find new friends and find yourself. Then Uni will beckon and you’ll love that soooooo much more than you could imagine (and you won’t really miss home!). One small piece of advice (although I know you won’t listen) - study hard and don’t drop Maths.
You’ll get your heart broken young but don’t worry as Mr Perfect will be around the corner and you’ll know him when you meet him. When you do enjoy the early years and don’t get “scared” or “nervous” which results in you not eating! You have many years ahead of you and you’ll both have lots of fun. He’s still in your life at 32.
One piece of advice you really MUST listen to is to drive slowly on that Quad or you’ll hurt yourself. If you don’t listen to me then when you do fall of it you will break your scaphoid bone and it won’t heal if you take that cast of too early!!!!
Crack on as you are re: your career and don’t be afraid to change jobs when the time is right – that next job will be the best so far.
All of the above is great but you will experience tragedy (sorry) - when you do, stay strong and do what YOU need to to get through it. In the end the most precious thing in the world will enter your life.
So – live each day to the fullest, don’t worry about things you can’t change or control and be kind to everyone.
Love You
P.S. – When you buy your first house go for a bigger one – I promise you that you CAN afford it. A nice 5 bed would be good!
